Exchange & Return Policy

At Beaute & you, we ensure to pack all products using high quality packaging materials.  We take all precautions before we ship your orders to ensure that it reaches your doorstep without any damage.

Return & exchange claim.

  1. All sales are final.
  2. We have a ‘No cash refund’ policy.
  3. If you have received an incorrect product(s) due to a human error on our end, you can return the product to exchange for the right product. This must be reported to us within 4 hours of the initial product delivery. Please note that in such case, we will require 8-10 working days to process reshipment after receiving back our product(s).
  4. Upon receiving the product back, our team of experts will thoroughly review it. Please note that we will not entertain any exchange claims if the product returned to us is broken, used/opened, or if the packaging seal is opened or damaged.
  5. If an exchange is requested as mentioned above, and there is a difference in the amount, the customer will need to make the payment for the differential amount at the time of delivery.

Claim for Broken or Damaged product in shipment.

  1. We ensure to ship your orders in the most secure possible packaging. However, there can be an incident due to the nature of the product that you receive a product which is broken or damaged. In such case, you are required to immediately report to us via a WhatsApp message within 3 hours of receiving the ordered product. Please include order information along with pictures of the invoice and the damaged product your message. We will not process any exchange in the absence of this information.
  2. Upon receiving the pictures of the damaged product, our expert product team will review these to confirm if the product was damaged during the delivery process. If the product is deemed damaged after the delivery to the customer, a claim cannot be filed in such a case, and hence our business is not obligated to provide a replacement.
  3. For legitimate damage of products during the delivery process, if confirmed by our expert product team, we value our customers and we will compensate them by replacing the damaged product with an identical one, free of charge, subject to the product’s availability.
  4. The damaged product must be handed over to the courier at the time of delivering the replacement product. This replacement process may take 4-5 working days.
  5. We have a ‘No cash refund’ policy.
  6. No return and No exchange for the Bags (ladies Handbags & travel Bags), furnishing products (products listed under Beaute n Wood) and all products listed under ‘Clearance’.
