- Beaute & You is an online reseller of cosmetic and personal care products with its operations within Pakistan only. We do not provide international shipping.
- Beaute & You (Beauteandyou.com) does not offer price matching for any product sold by any other online retailer. However, we are committed to providing our best possible prices and offers.
- All prices are subject to change, with the exception of the orders that have already been placed.

However, sometime this cannot be guaranteed due to technical glitches or other factors beyond our control. Our customer will be informed for any scheduled service maintenance to our website that may impact their access to our online services. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience to our customers caused by any of the afore mentioned factors, and we will do our best to minimize the duration of such interruptions.

We strongly urge and recommend that you use all our products under the supervision of a professional or based on their recommendation. If any issues arise due to your negligence, or carelessness, you agree and undertake not to hold us responsible for any mishaps and not to take any legal action against the website, its employees, officers, or the management. We are a reseller of cosmetics and personal care products. All the information shared on our website about the products and/or any additional details are taken from the brand’s principal source of information, and we are using it for the sole purpose of providing information to our valued customers. As such, we do not guarantee accuracy of this information.
- As an online reseller of cosmetic and personal care products displayed on the website, we cannot extend our guarantees to the buyer for any product.
- As a reseller of products, we do ensure that the Products are delivered to you free of physical defects. If the products are found with any physical defect (broken or leaked), you must contact us immediately. The process and criteria of claim is mentioned in our return & exchange policy.
- While you visit our website or send Emails to us, please note that you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the site or by any other mode of communication we choose to employ.

Placing online Orders
- All orders are to be placed through our website (beauteandyou.com).
- Always do a final check and review of the product cart before placing order to us. All orders placed online are considered as final orders.
- No change can be made after the order has been received and dispatched.
- No bulk orders will be entertained online since we only serve individual consumers.
- For bulk order, you will be required to contact us by an email. We will review your order and check if the required quantities can be made available.
Store Timings
- We work Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. However, you can place your orders 24/7.
- All orders or queries received after 6 pm will be answered on the next working day.
- Orders or queries received on Sunday will be entertained on Monday.
